Airline Registration

with Ministry of Tourism and Sports

In accordance with the National Tourism Policy Act,B.E. 2551(2008), all airlines entering Thailand is required to collect Thailand Traveler Fee from all foreign passengers, except those qualified for the fee exemption, on behalf of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Thailand. The fee will be used for the purpose of improving tourist facility as well as providing an insurance coverage for tourists in case of an undesirable accident.

This website allows the airlines to register themselves with the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Thailand as the first step to comply with the country's regulation. Once registered, the REPRESENTATIVE of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Thailand will review and approve your registration provided that all information and documents are completed. Upon approval, you will be provided with the requirement information including sending passenger information and processing fee transfer to the ministry as well as be able to access the airline portal to review data transferred and all accounting matters.

Prior to starting the registration, please prepare the information and document as listed below:

  • Airline REPRESENTATIVE in Thailand
  • Airport Service Manager or Station Manager
  • Accounting Contact Details
  • PROGRAMMER Contact Details

    Following documents:

  • Civil Air Operating License
  • Certificate of Juristic
  • Other (if any)
